Idiots. Showed up to our business. Got out of the truck, went back into the truck. Claimed to have left the packages and they did not. The driver decided to sign for it. We have cameras proving that it didnt get delivered.

The only problem I have with this branch is that no local phone number is listed, and having a robot answer makes FedEx have 0 stars in that area, but Freight has a local number & transferred me to Ground, & the person I talked to was friendly & incredibly helpful. 5 stars for him.As far as Fedex in general, only 1 pkg disappeared off the face of the earth out of probably close to a hundred, and they had the driver call me. They had my phone # linked to a different address on his phone. He said he'd report it. So, even though I never got the pkg, at least they tried (and the seller gave me a refund).

They don't alert you about a delivery and leave it at the bottom of stairs to soak up the melting snow. Always delayed. Can't seem to speak to a human on the phone. Beyond irritated with this company
