I needed to relay special delivery instructions to the courier so I called the 800 customer service # on the main FedEx site. The gal I spoke to said the information would be relayed. Unfortunately that did not happen. Amy, at the Rock Springs, WY dispatch called me directly to get the information needed. She was so very helpful! Thank you, Amy!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

Very courteous and helpful staff over the phone. Have been receiving packages of prior owners of address. They are quick to respond and send a driver out next day for package pickup.

This is not a shipment center that will receive your package and hold it like the website says!!! They refused my package and returned to sender.
