I can't get ahold of a representative at all!! The computer doesn't know how to connect me to a real person! It's extremely frustrating!

This is not a shipment center that will receive your package and hold it like the website says!!! They refused my package and returned to sender.

Very courteous and helpful staff over the phone. Have been receiving packages of prior owners of address. They are quick to respond and send a driver out next day for package pickup.

Drivers never make and attempt to deliver. I have my wife wait at home for packages when I expect them and drivers never attempt to deliver and just mark as "customer not home" and do not deliver the package

The drivers never deliver packages to our address or when they do they leave it at the end of our driveway, which is a 1/4 mile away from our house. Their excuse is that the driveway is gated, even though it’s always wide open. The last time the box was completely destroyed and damages to the contents. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Usually good, drivers are nice except they have a habit of assuming you're not home. Will not knock or ring doorbell when signature is required, then it's on you to figure out the logistics.

Always issues with any packages that is delivered via Fedex. Must of let the local elk and deer take over delivering packages because no human could be as dumb as their drivers

They need to find a different driver for Farson/Eden. Everytime something has come FedEx it goes to the wrong address. Don't they use GPS?The customer service line is a joke. Whoever i spoke to today told me I was just guessing pieces of information about my package.

All of the staff here are very kind and helpful. They have a variety of shipping products here ranging from boxes to packing peanuts.

Twice they have not delivered my package to the correct address despite it being clearly stated on tag. This time they delivered it to another apartment and said their reason was that it didn't have an apartment number on it, but why would the driver deliver it if there was no specific number when delivering to an apartment complex instead of giving me notice that it was undeliverable? First customer support personnel lied to me about someone going out to help and not an hour later had a second one send me in circles how it was the shipper's fault when FedEx really shouldn't have dropped off my package in the first place. Someone stole well over $100 worth of supplies my child needed for school and they should be held accountable.

They don't alert you about a delivery and leave it at the bottom of stairs to soak up the melting snow. Always delayed. Can't seem to speak to a human on the phone. Beyond irritated with this company.
