“Husband had to get surgery on his foot. We were late getting to Lincare. I called the store in Laramie. Paulo answered the phone. I told him we were going to be late and would he be able to drop my air machine at the Hotel. He said he definitely could do that for me. Not only did he drop the air off at the Hotel. My husband required oxygen after the surgery, so he brought his oxygen to the surgery center, picked up my concentrator at the surgery center. Brought me extra bottles.. Paulo went above and beyond to help us out. LINCARE GIVE THIS KID A RAISE!!!! I wish other Lincares had more people like Paulo.
