“I’m visiting rock springs for an extended stay due to a family medical emergency and I needed a nice pair of boots to get me through these troubling times. Nothing like some boots to walk you through a hardship.

I was not sure if boots were even right for me, since I work on a 6 wheeled carpet/hard floor ergonomic desk chair 8-10 hours a day, but the sales associates at Boot Barn assured me that anyone can fit in a nice pair of boots.

Kennedi and Maddie helped me find a pair of boots that fit just right and the boots look good too. They walked me through how fitting should work, and what I would need for boot care.

I would recommend Boot Barn in Rock Springs for any and all of your boot needs. I will now buy all my boots from Boot Barn exclusively.

“I called to inquire about a hi vis hat, no luck, but was given a couple other stores in town to check. Unfortunately, I had already checked her recommendations. Upon hearing this, she radioed to the rest of the staff to get other recommendations, and she came back to say they had one tucked away in the hunting section! Grateful for her! Kudos to her for going out of her way to get other recommendations from the rest of the staff.

I will add that the register double scanned one of my items, and it sounded like this may be a reoccurring issue with their machines. No fault to the employee, but it may be something for someone higher up to look into.”
