“Above and beyond customer service and kindness at this location. Needed to stop for air and a quick check under the hood and Jake and his team resolved all issues immediately and thoroughly. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating! Amazing staff!!!!”

“I've been coming here for 5 years now, and have had only a few problems. After oil changes, my car was leaking oil. I would come back and they could fix it for free since I paid for the service. They were always happy to help and never gave me an attitude or negative feedback. After the 4th time of coming back to get the "leak" fixed, I notified Norm (the manager) of my issue and how I was frustrated to have to keep coming back after my service.

Without question Norm ordered parts from my vehicles dealership ON HIS OWN ACCORD and got me back in to try and fix this issue for good. After ordering the part, he explained why it hadn't been working, and thar it might be a volkswagen issue, rather than it being a result of the service I was receiving.

He replaced the part, with no additional cost, and did so with a positive attitude at every moment. I love coming here, and am a loyal customer. It feels like bringing my car to an uncles garage! It's homey, and efficient. With an oil change I'm in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you Wyoming Trucks & Lube!”

“David and the whole team today were our LIFESAVERS. We had a blow out on our way from Florida to Washington just outside of Denver due to a leaky valve stem and got a tire replaced at a Walmart Auto Center in Colorado. After less than 100 miles on that tire, the same one blew out in the same way. We called the Colorado Auto Center and they said that we were SOL and that they replaced the valve stem so it’s not their fault.

The next closest Walmart with the tire we needed was Rock Springs. I called to have the tire set aside, and three hours later we arrived and explained the situation to them. Everyone jumped to our aid, and they were so kind and I couldn’t be more grateful. They also confirmed that the Colorado Walmart did not replace the valve stem. We’ve been driving for 30 hours, and this was a huge weight off of our shoulders to get it resolved. I seriously cannot express how thankful we are, thank you all so so much!”
