“Big round of applause for the liquor store person today (July 1). It's the first day of the month, it's senior day, it's the Thursday before a long holiday weekend, and on top of that she got a huge order in that needed to be put out on the shelves. Despite large numbers of people stocking up for holiday parties, camp-outs, etc., she was cheerfully greeting everyone, helping them find things, reminding them to check their app for coupons. Well done!”

“Bi-Rite/ Remedies Grill deserves a 5 for not only their great service and yummy food, but especially for the disreputable comments on this website. I am the cook at Remedies Grill and have worked there for nine years. During that period of time, we have always been available to serve the community during our business hours which are 10am to 5pm. I just want to assure everyone that we are here for you! We have remained open throughout the covid crisis?, even with limited product availability and staff. The grill is open from 11 to 3, just as stated on this website and as posted on our door. We are currently unavailable on Saturday’s however. In the nine years I have worked at Remedies, I can say without a doubt We Have Never walked out of Bi-Rite before 5pm or closed the restaurant early, with the exception of Christmas Eve. I know it can be frustrating when one disregards the signs and then is stuck with a product they are unable to return. I know it can be frustrating when one fails to review the menu and pricing and then is forced to pay the prices listed. I also know it is frustrating to misread the signs clearly posted on the website and on the door, in regards to the hours of operation. I guess I just don’t understand why any of that is the fault of this business?. So, I am giving Remedies/Bi-Rite a five star because they truly deserve it?Please come visit us and enjoy one of Sweetwater County’s favorite burgers!”

I am an OTR driver and stopped in Rock Springs to do a Money transfer to my fiance... Her patience and Personality was Awesome! I delivered my load in Cheyenne Wy and drove back thru Rock Springs on purpose just to stop there and do some regular shopping and Thank her for making my day the day before!
