I love this gym. I have always struggled with gym intimidation but I feel so welcomed and comfortable. Karen (the owner) works so hard to keep the gym very clean. Everyone is helpful and genuine. Members are always willing to help you as well! Highly recommend ❤️

Nice and best gym ever, specially the I can bring my daughter and watch her all the time, and the gym has all the equipment the I need, and gym smells good and is clean all the time, and is 24/7. I really like it

Clean. Safe. Welcoming local gym. This is bigger than what you think. Good equipment and multiple machines to use. I was here for work and it is nice to support Local places. Definitely if you are in town and need a place to work out it is worth it!!!
