I love this credit union and have had wonderful experiences and service since I moved to Rock Springs last year. Everyone is kind and helpful. I have used credit unions for the past 25 years. For me credit unions are better then big banks.

I have never, ever had a bad experience with Trona Valley in all the years I’ve been with them. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

Service is good, people are nice. Very quick to freeze your card and you cannot but from overseas sellers. That is a joke. Luke warm commitment to "digital banking." You still have to show up and no digital signatures. If its a weekend you are SOL.

Going in person is fine, sometimes there is a line, but over the last couple months I've called about 5 or 6 times and not once has anyone ever picked up the phone.Quick question for a teller? Stay on hold for 30 minutes and decide it's faster just to walk in.Questions about mortgages or loans? Leave a voicemail and likely never get called back.I'm sure for online banking it's as good as any other bank out there, but was hoping for reliable customer service on the phone.

Fee's fines and more fee's if you like keeping your money don't bother with them.it took months of back and forth to make them no longer overdraft and it's like 30$ dollars for 30¢ overdraft.they didn't put my loan on auto like I asked and signed permission for resulting in credit damage.but the straw that broke the camel's back for this review is a 2$ charge to move my money from my savings to my checking so here it is the 1 star review you guys have been wanting so bad.

I’m from Evanston the SERVICE is Excellent!!! I have had to call Green River a few times as well. I have alway had Excellent Service at both Branches.. Today was my first time dealing with Rock Springs Branch (applying for a loan). Waiting ALL day for a answer You think the person that I’m working with could give me a heads up and let me know that there wouldn’t be a answer today.. Possibly will be in touch TOMORROW!! It’s kinda disappointing…

Someone set up an account on behalf of my 2 year old son who was killed in a horrific manner. Someone at the Evanston branch felt the need to divulge my transaction information to the entire town. Speaking very specifically of where money was spent. I have received unfair judgement by certain ignorant members of the community due to a mealy mouth employee. Just to clarify, me purchasing school clothes for some of my girlfriends’ kids and purchasing thank you gifts for others isn’t a crime is it? How about donating to school fundraisers? Would you like to share with the neighborhood how much my son’s urn was as well? I should get a tummy tuck and watch the reactions from people after you share that. Stop being catty Evanston. Get a life.

I recently switched banks to Trona , after my son telling me for years I needed to, and I’ve been so impressed and happy with my decision. The staff is always pleasant, fast with transactions, it’s just an all around nice atmosphere. It’s a wonderful change from where I was banking prior. Thank you for putting kindness out there, we don’t see much of it these days.
