“While traveling with a small U-Haul trailer, we had numerous issues with our trailer. First we got a flat on the trailer and had to wait for roadside assistance and while the tech was changing our tire on the side of interstate we noticed the leaf springs on the trailer were completely rusted through and at a very dangerous point. This trailer should not have been on the road. While being 10+ hours from home these folks took good care of us on a Saturday morning/afternoon. They spent over an hour on hold with U-Haul's help line to help me make arrangements for a trailer swap. The gentleman in the office got my kids pizza and and helped to make us feel comfortable in what turned into an almost 5 hour delay in our travels. It's rare you run into people who are genuinely so nice and caring! Thanks guys!!”
