They used to be good. Service barely works anymore, have to call every month to fix something that their software updates messed up. Currently can't even make or receive calls, 45 minutes on hold, got through and they still can't fix it. ?

They sold me a new phone they new wouldn't work properly when it needed to be a 5g. Customer service takes hours and you will get tired of being on hold.

Not happy with this company. Bought a new phone and I couldn't send or receive texts. Instead of giving a new phone, the manager of the Riverton store refused to give me a new phone and said I had to send it in for repair. The phone was only one day old!

People in store are fine, but the service leaves much to be desired. After a week of having a phone that can't make or receive calls, text only, we have determined it is time to move on from the Union. We are canceling service. I better not get any invoice for service for my phone from the "upgrade" until we canceled.

I used to tell people, 'Maybe Union isn't state of the art, but they have the best customer service.'Today, I had a customer service person become snide when I described my legitimate complaints concerning reduced services. The conversation went downhill from there.I have been with Union Wireless for 18 years, but will be moving to Verizon, which has no snide, condescending, or patronizing customer service people.I will get better phone, text, and data service, and the great customer service that Union no longer provides.

We love union. Their customer service can't be beat, and we have cell service in places other providers don't.
