Horrible customer service. Got the run around and a different story everytime I called about a prescription. I've been put on hold, and no one came back. I've been hung up on. I will not set foot in this store again. Very disorganized.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. Took them nearly a full day to fulfill my amoxicillin prescription and when they did they shorted me 9 pills. I was supposed to get 30 and only received 21. Luckily I have some left over from something else so I’ll be fine but this is frankly ridiculous. The person working in the pharmacy had no idea what she was doing and it took nearly 15 minutes of standing at the counter to be given my prescription. Go to smiths or Walmart not walgreens

I've been coming here off and on for years. I called ahead of time to ask if i could return something for cash as long as the debit matches and 2 ppl said yes. Then this young long black haired la flacka girl with an attitude and no soul behind the eyes said store credit. Had to threaten cooperate to get a refund. She then said in front of everyone she was gonna leave and take a smoke break ND as we leave I I saw her smoking illegal substances in her car (very strong smell of the obvious). Don't hire dipstick teenage girls who don't know how to run a store or give poor customer service.. us customers are not obligated to deal with your withdrawal symptoms.

IF U COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.the manger Alize is beyond disrespectful. Needed help finding things for my pregnant wife and she was just degrading me and trying to make me look stupid. I demand to speak to corporate. I would rather drive to the Walgreens in Utah then deal with such a terrible employee again

Well, I guess I had high expectations of shopping for my basic medical needs to be fulfilled! The store was stocked, bottom to top! They carried a lot more than i expected when looking around! I did run into a "problem" with the onduty manager as he was helping us! The assisting associate couldn't find a product I was requesting, so she called for the manager. He responded, looked around, and said, "we're sold out, and the warehouse is empty also!" Meanwhile, I asked where a few more different items were, and the "on-staff nurse" looked at my damaged finger and said I needed to see a doctor, and she walked away. Again, I asked the manager where a few different items were located, and he said, "You heard her, you need to see a doctor, and walked away!" I shopped ? for a few more items, "unassisted," then left the store! It was quite unprofessional the way he acted, and I'm guessing I should've never asked for any help! Walgreens had become my "last resort" to enter for any needs! Their quality of management and employment has become insufficient!

I have worked at a Walgreens in a busy city so I know how the pharmacy SHOULD work, but this one is a joke the staff is rude and lazy. It should NEVER take 6-8 hours to fill a prescription. And the automated system is so d*** and then they keep putting you on hold. This is why I would NEVER work for this pharmacy here it’s a JOKE. People go to Walmart or ANY OTHER pharmacy in town

No NEGATIVE stars so I can not say how disturbed I am that I can not talk to a human and the automatic attendant could not answer my questions.Look how many 1 stars they have. This experience reminds me why I never shop at Walgreens. I have never had a good experience!

Went into this Walgreen's recently, and it was just a excellent experience. There was this Gentleman named John who answered all my questions and made my shopping agenda as easy as can be. Just a nifty little store with some competent management. Thanks again! Would come back again for my general everyday type items. It may always be windy, and the town may be tiny....But my Walgreens is there to have my back!Tally ho friends!

I waited in line for 15 minutes once, only to get to the window to be told the pharmacist had to take their lunch break. And when you call, you have to sit through 2 minutes of ads before you can talk to anybody on the phone. If my company didn't force us to use Walgreens, they would never get my business.

Incompetent to the point of being dangerous- as in they fill prescriptions and forget about them. I moved from out of state where I had my prescription set up with another Walgreens and for simplicity, I transferred my prescription to RS Walgreens and planned to start having it shipped to where I live 80 miles away. None of the people who work there are on the same page. It took 3 phone calls to get a clear answer about how to have my prescription shipped to me. The first person said I could do it online by making an account and putting in my shipping address. When this didn’t work, I called again and the second person said I had to come in and do it in person. To be sure so I didn’t waste the drive, I called a third time, and the third person told me I could definitely do it online and tried to walk me through it, then halfway through the phone call when she couldn’t figure it out, she asked a coworker and they said it couldn’t be done online and I would have to come down in person. When I made the 1.5 hour drive down to set up shipping in person, the young lady at the pharmacy had no idea how to get my shipping information updated, and told me I would have to do it online. I explained the phone calls to her and her response was, “I don’t know how to do it”, and when I asked if her she could find someone who did she responded, “No, I’m the only one here”, despite the two other pharmacists there. Finally, after 20 minutes of going in circles on her computer and holding up a line, one of her coworkers took pity on her and did it in 30 seconds. Later on, I called in the prescription on a Monday and asked to have it shipped to me, but by Friday it still had not arrived. I called and asked about it, and the pharmacist who answered said it had been “shelved”. When I asked what that meant, he said it meant it had been filled but never shipped. When I asked to speak to a manager, it turned out that was him, and I wanted to know why my medication I had ordered on Monday still had not been sent on Friday. He then roughly said to me, “You think we forgot about it on purpose?” (which to me meant they HAD forgotten about it), and I told him how extremely dangerous it was to think so lightly of forgetting about sending filled prescriptions and that he was lucky my life didn’t depend on the medication. After barely being apologetic, he then had to be convinced expedite the shipping of the overdue prescription. That was the last time I ever used that pharmacy and I switched to my local one. It’s just really disturbing how the manager was not at all phased by his staff forgetting to ship prescriptions. Just wanted to share my bad experiences so others know to not risk using this place.

Seriously the worst pharmacy EVER. It takes them forever to do anything... Even if you're just dropping an RX off. I have gotten text messages and voicemails from them saying my Rx is ready; I go to pick it up, and it is still a good 45 minute wait. We finally switched to Smith's, but that was a horrible experience too. When I asked Smith's to request a transfer from Walgreens, they gave me a "yeah, good luck with that, we will try!" Walgreens FINALLY did, but they transferred prescriptions that we didn't even use anymore! Then they tried to tell Smith's we were out of refills. I finally just called my doctor and had him send new prescriptions. Avoid Walgreens by all means!!!!
