I have had good experiences with this store. The employees don't constantly harass you like the freaks over in Southern Utah.

Walmart corporate policy is to price match Walmart.com within certain parameters. So I asked for a price match and they flat out said the don't price match Walmart.com. Sales person went on a whole rant about how I would have to pickup to get the price. Spoke to a manager who didn't care about corporate policy and was rude.Well it was next day on Amazon and 10% cheaper then Walmart.com so I'll use Amazon from now on as save the hassle of driving and all the rudeness.

their online inventory needs updating, half the time i order for pick up the item is t in stock, and although there are viable replacements there they do t give me the option to select one.

Called to ask if they have bungee cords. Was told yes and so I asked the price. The lady wouldn't tell me the price cause "they're busy." Too lazy to go look. LOL appalling. Lost my business.

Absolute worst customer service! I don't ever write reviews but I was appalled of your employee behavior. If I could give zero stars I would!. Your service desk are always rude, never help. You stand up there forever because there talking with other employees, nor do they help other employees. But my biggest reason for This review is due to that I was shopping there the other day; Being our town is so small this is the only place to really do the bulk shopping. As I am walking around with two huge cart fulls struggling to push both carts you would think anyone would ask to help me! No instead I had a few employees cut me off so they can get to there project others watched me struggle as stuff fell out of my cart and customers were the only one to ask If I needed help. I spent a lot of money that day and the only employee who helped me in that store was the only cashier you had running that AM who is weeks out from retiring. They called your service desk and other employees several times for a carrier nobody answered. They needed a code From service desk so they could keep ringing my stuff, so they politely asked me if I could grab someone from service desk! Someone did show up but I had to go get them! To be someone who has worked for several billion dollar cooperation retail Stores this is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen! If that person who helped me at the register was not retiring I would have recruited them to work for our company! Because they were fantastic! You need to have a district or regional manager come review all your employees and management because it's terrible! i understand customer service is tough and we all have our days but the service is always this way! this is job and to have a customer or your fellow employee who is need of Your help you treat them with respect and stop to help anyone out! Especially your management team they need to step up!!
