From my experience, the sales representative and technicians are extremely friendly people! They're understanding, and wanting to make everything right.Where I live currently in Saratoga, the company only offer slow speeds--which is out of their control. If fiber is offered and the price is right, I'd not hesitate to do business with them again!

Pathetic service. I called to cancel my account because the service didn't work outside the state of Wyoming. Three months later, my account is still active even though I was told by union wireless that it was cancelled. The manager refused to give me a refund for the three months I didn't use it. Union Wireless is a scam.

Mediocre at best. This company is a sham. They lie: They offered $5 off per month when you auto pay, when I inquired why I hadn't received they stated I already was receiving it, however my bill never changed. Their internet speed sucks, it crashes in the summer when tourists come into town. When I inquired on this, they stated they could not do anything for us and to expect slow service. I am now ending my service with this dumpster fire. They will not prorate your bill when you end service. So I am giving out free money. Stay away!

I had to leave Wyoming for a surgical procedure. I asked specifically if I would have service where I was going to be. It turns out to be a lie. In the 2 months I was gone, I couldn't access my voicemail, I had, at best sporadic service and that was if I could manage to get outside and find one. I was limited in movement and on medication after surgery. I was left in the position of not being able to access help unless I could make it outside, down the stairs and walk around until I found a signal. They blamed it on AT&T but they were the ones that made assurances to me. I finally, in December got them to give me a $20.00 credit. I am paid through Feb. 9th. I was told that I can change services whenever I want but they won't refund the unused portion of service through the 9th. As far as I'm concerned, that's theft. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Worst cell provider ever. I should have listened to my friends who told me it was terrible service.

I find that Union wireless has friendliest service in Cheyenne.Data is fast, but I kike them for the reliable coverage around wyoming. It was coverage which caused me to swirch from Google FI to Union Wireless.
