Love this store except for the Deli. They are always rude and when they are not its only because there is no one there. Today is 6/17/24in the 6:00 pm hour and i stood at the deli for 10 minutes no one was there i then noticed a bag with note saying they'd be back 25 minutes after the time it was currently. On top of that there was raw chicken left out and open to the air. This is unnacceptable and can make customers sick. I will not buy food from their Deli moving forward. They dont Understand food safety. Every time i go to that Deli its a terrible experience. Half the food is old or overcooked and the staff is extremely rude. Do better Albertsons.

I was just in your store 6/3/2024 at 4:45 in self checkout I had 2 separate orders I had just finished the first order and was paying and still had burger in my cart that I was paying for separately. When the little girl who is working self checkout comes around as I was paying for the first order and assumed I was not going to pay for the hamburger in my cart and very loudly says you didn't scan or pay for that meat... umm excuse me it's a separate order. If you don't want us to do your job and scan our own groceries please start employing more locals to do the work or at least teach people to be kind while I am doing what you have Given me the option to do. Don't make me feel like a thief until I am walking out the door without paying for it or at least wait until I have walked away from my register without paying before trying to make me look stupid. At this point I used to love Albertsons but you have just lost a good customer you can thank your rude employee for that I spend at least $200 a week in there no more you have just sent me back to walmart

I’m rewriting this review because the first cake was truly awful however thank you to Steven and Tiffany bakery manager who went above and beyond to make everything right Steven was a very proper polite and professional manager who did everything he could to make it right then today Tiffany reached out to me and made it even better by replacing the cake totally on her even though she did not need to and was very nice polite and professional So thank you to these two wonderful managers listed in pics big difference between the two cakes awesome job Tiffany thank you so much

The Albertson's in Sheridan, WY, is very clean, well organized and well stocked. All the employees are a delight to meet. I love the fresh fruit and vegetables and the meat department! A pleasure to shop there. ❤️

Don’t expect to find what’s in the deal flyer out for sale! I have stopped in multiple times to shop for what’s on sale and they don’t have it. Meat department is the worst for this problem.
