I was due for a new phone, and was dreading going to the phone store. I walked in and Jason was a great help, and I walked out 5 minutes later with my new phone up and running. Easiest store experience I have ever had.

I went in to get a new phone and start a business plan. After setting up an account, I just asked for the cheapest plan they had to offer because it was just a work phone. The employee issued me a premium plan for $110 per month. After questioning the employee about a cheaper plan he assured me that was the cheapest plan. Later I was able to change my plan to the standard plan for $60 per month. The salesman lied to me to get more money and ended up wasting both of our time. Not a great experience…

The guys at this store are phenomenal. Jason saw I had holes in my shirt and he took his off and gave me the shirt on his back. Chris helped me by showing me the true meaning of happiness, and gave me 6 new lines on my account for online adult movie streaming! The guys at this store are wonderful, and I would happily give any of them a firm “hand shake” if you catch my drift

My personal experience was above and beyond what we had expected before entering the store. Very pleased with Nick the salesperson and the new Samsung he helped us pick out. Very professional and personable. 2 thumbs up for this store.

Chris Wade was very friendly and personable and I thought I could trust he understand my intention of maintaining my monthly bill low. He talked up all these current deals going on and in the end, the bill did not match up with what I was told in store. I ended up having to return/cancel products that I was told was going to be a deal, but the results/prices were not the same when my bill came. Luckily, I was able to make corrections because the time frame for changes was met..but there was still the frustration of dealing with some product returns, adjustments, etc. so please learn from my mistake...Double - Triple check before you leave the store. Also, I was told to come back a few days to return my old phone for trade-in credit after they initiated the transfer of data to my new phone and when I went to turn-in the old phone, I was not provided a receipt of my turn-in. The manager, Jason Askew gave me a cold vibe when I asked to get documentation as proof of turn-in. He said he couldn't provide anything now but that I would receive in my email later proof that I turned it in. I did receive it about 4hours later but I was told that he should have provided a receipt of goods and was told by At&t corporate and other At&t in-person managers that this is the standard policy to protect the customer if the item is lost, etc.

Usually a wait 10 mins or more..hardly ever see 2 employees on. NICK is really only reason I stayed with at&t. Hard horrible experience since day 1 took 3 days to port# with agent in Walmart selling services. Go directly to store don't sign up in Walmart!!!! Spent 7plus hours in Walmart over mother's day weekend trying to get # ported and apps....! Broke new phone 1 month later Grrrh ! Nick was nice and helpful.Give this man a Raise. It's obvious he works into overtime to get what needs ✔️ done. Overall my service is not great felt straight talk was better service and signal And 1/2 price.
