“I went through the few reviews here and I had to speak up where this bank is concerned.I have been doing business with FIB since at least 2017 and I have never had any complaints. The staff has always worked with me and has been extremely kind, professional and understanding.The current bank manager, Tara Dollison is extremely easy to work with. Always willing to discuss any issues and very understanding. I have no problem seeking her out in order to make sure that my banking issues are resolved in a timely and orderly way.There is a lady named Kim who works the counter and she has been there since I became a customer and she is one of the best people there.
