After hours visit, not our regular vet. No compassion, rude, judgmental. Talked down to us the whole time we were there, completely zero empathy or caring for the stressful situation we were in. Rude in her answers and unfriendly demeanor. can't believe a vet like her could even work with families and their animal children.

The care and attention that the staff here devotes to their clients is wonderful. My dog gets excited when we pull into the parking lot... He probably knows he's about to get a lot of love from some of his favorite people!

I have a cat that has severe anxiety and does not like going to the vet. Staff were very patient. The vets were able to give my cat shots. Even though he was very upset.

We are new to Sheridan and decided to go with Big Goose veterinary clinic. I love their holistic approach to animals. We have 2, three and a half year old Jack Russells. Dr Wold and her staff were fabulous. I trust them! Even our dogs felt comfortable there and that was not the case at our last vets. We feel a lot of gratitude for finding Big Goose Vet Clinic!

I'm beyond grateful for this Vet Clinic!!!!! My dog and I were on a road trip from Rhode Island and he got an ear infection while on our trip. I called everywhere and no one would take him, but this clinic did with open arms. My dog Tivi has been getting ear infections since last June 2022 every 2- 3 months like clock work. He didn't like his ears cleaned so he has to be sedated.His ears were cleaned at this clinic and then they even explained to me that it could be the same ear infection from last June not being fully taken care of (its been costly and stressful). It's been a month now and I HAVE NEVER since last June, seen his ears this healthy and white, they were always red, we did nothing different.I'm extremely grateful to have been on this road trip and went to this clinic. They were cheaper than my area and took care of his ears differently. My dog isn't uncomfortable and I'm not stressed.

I got charged close to $300. Vet bill for my silkie chicken. I was pegged with charge Exotic pet fee $45 um it just a small chicken not Exotic...! 11 days after test sent out day of appointment finally got results she had respiratory infection the Meds for this was $13. !!!! So I spent 300.ooTo receive 13.00 meds was told labs results be 3-5 days !However the price is outrageous my hen was sick again most recentlyNow No Avian/ bird doctor here in all of Sheridan !!!! Why they won't have one to replace another idk obviously making $$$. Guess I'll give my business to billing 5 or 6 there last I checked. If I still had dog I'd got to moxey vet clinic they were amazing and more sympathetic of situations and feelings towards our animals. Don't like to feel stupid for caring so much for my sweet silkie.Also I took my silkie another time in 2021 I believe was 80.00 for 2 hours they had no answer but may be possibly egg bound but I know she had Been laying on regular...And in Your reply to me N0 I don't need numbers from you about billings services I have already researched long ago after going to your Vet. And if you think my cost was cheap for 300.00 plus$ it's not it GREED that you monopolies on the People's love for their Pets.
