“My husband and I traveled from Montana to Sheridan over the Thanksgiving holiday in November of 2023.During our travels, a commercial diesel truck picked up a rock with its rear tire. The rock hit the front windshield of our BMW leaving a larger than quarter size rock chip.We called Novus glass of Sheridan the day before Thanksgiving hoping that they would be able to make time for the repair as weather was in the forecast and we were concerned that the windshield would certainly crack.I was so grateful that they said yes. They kept their shop open for us to do the repair.They were concerned about the size of the rock chip but went ahead with the repair. No charge because of the uncertainty that it would not work.We are now into 2024 and the repair is still holding!!
