I love going to CW Auto Service, everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, and they always do a great job! I've been in multiple times throughout the past few years, and I've had an awesome experience every time! I definitely recommend!

I was on a 5000 mile cross country trip from Alaska to Florida when I experienced an issue with my truck. After trying to find service and not succeeding due to shops being full or otherwise unable I was referred to CW Auto Service,, with one shop telling me if they needed a mechanic they would go there due to their skill set and fair and honest ways. I called and received a return call from the owner who was indeed very busy but he worked my truck in and got us back on the road that day. Super thankful for CW’s service and kindness! They went above and beyond and were a trip saver as we arrived home on time for school and work obligations. He also was very helpful with his knowledge when asked about other concerns I had with the truck. Not many businesses would go the extra mile like CW Auto Services did. I highly recommend CW Auto Services. Sheridan Wyoming is blessed to have you…. Now I need to find one of your skill set and ethics and kindness in my town :)

Checked engine lights for free. Called ahead and even though they were booked and couldn’t fix it. They made sure it was safe to drive on till we could get home

I took my car here because the valve cover gasket was bad and the car was smoking when stopped. This was a hard job for any mechanic but Casey and his team took it on without hesitation. I got my car back and the check engine light is off and it no longer smokes or smells bad! It takes a while to get an appointment but they are so worth it! They have wonderful customer service and they treat you like a friend.

Last month we had a starter problem on our Audi. We needed to return to Colorado and I called Casey. He worked us in the same day. Did a quick diagnostic on the car and got Colton to order the part in case we wanted to stay and do the repair. I know they were booked out for weeks but did not want us to be stranded. The issue turned out to be one where we could drive back to Colorado and Casey gave us instructions on how to make it home safely. This was a level of customer service that I seldom see anymore. The personal approach to taking care of us was outstanding at this shop.

I was visiting from out of town for a few days when my water pump went bad on my truck. Called CW Auto and spoke with Casey Monday morning when they opened. He made time to get my truck in quickly and kept me posted the entire time until completion. Its one of those places where you can see the sincerity when you speak to them. I wish this place was closer to my home as I'd love to be able to take my vehicles here. Thank you CW

Said our Motor was going to blow up. Went and got it plugged in to get a diagnostic and it was something minor. Definitely don't recommend.
