Insist on delivering packages to my old address when my new address is on the shipping label. Would encourage people not to use FedEx if they can avoid it.

Terrible service said that they had attempted delivery at 7:25 in the morning. Call the phone number, no answer straight to voicemail. Call corporate. Nothing they can do. FedEx is a joke

Lost a package. I spoke with the local manager and within 30 mins I had my package. They went above and beyond to bring it to my door.

Delivery drivers don't know what a door bell looks like. Instead, he knocks on the door outside my mud room for no one to possibly hear. I would go pick it up in person, but their hours are so awful, doesn't make any sense. (8-10 am, 4 - 6 PM). Would rather go with USPS.Can't call a local number for the stations. I have to game the system when I call into the 1-800 number. Tell the computer what package I'm talking about, and specifically say "I need to talk to someone" in order to talk to a real person. Mind you, the command mentioned above isn't part of the original options. Now I'm going to have to take a PTO day on Monday in order to get my package. All because a door bell was never rung. Thanks FedEx
