We came in with bad tires on a rental vehicle, Sam and his crew triaged the situation and advised a vehicle swap. He did did all of this very quickly and efficiently on a very busy morning. They accommodated us, in the middle of our road trip. They made a complicated and frustrating situation calm efficient and made the situation way better. Thank you very much for all of you assistance, time and patience!!

My husband and I were driving from MO to WA state. We had got a full inspection before leaving from our local firestone. We ended up losing a rear break caliber in South Dakota. Everywhere we called couldn't get our part. EXCEPT firestone here in Sheridan WY. We were blessed and safely limped our car to them. By the time we arrived Sam and his team were waiting for us, they had the part ordered and on-site before our arrival! We were so thankful for their positive and helpful attitudes and professionalism. Sam knows what he's talking about and is great at his job.
They were kind to our dog and got us on our way. I can't say enough kind words about him and this facility. We are loyal firestone customers. Great work gentlemen.

Sam and his crew are amazing! Top notch service when we were in a huge pinch. He took the time to understand our auto issues and was great to talk to. It was well worth the extra effort to get our vehicle to the Sheridan Firestone. I highly recommend coming to this shop if you're in need and in or around the area. These guys will get it done. I'd like to say what a wonderful experience my wife and I had here on 6/21/24... we are traveling across the country and back for our 27th anniversary. We had driven through some heavy weather the night before. Car went into limp mode. We called the shop, and Marie was very empathetic she told us to come right in. Dustin stopped what he was doing, diagnosed it as fouled spark plugs and 1 bad coil pack. He had us up and running within a couple hrs. I would recommend this HONEST mechanic shop to anyone from serving to mechanical fixes!!! Thank you so much to Marie and Dustin for an amazing experience in troubled times!

From the minute I went into the store I was treated with respect and courtesy. I am 86 years old and they came and sat beside me and listener to what I needed. They helped me with my decisions by explaining everything they offered without telling me what to do. I'm used to people telling what to do because I am a " old lady "! How refreshing!! They did the work on my car in a timely manner and were very reasonable on the price.I would recommend them to everyone!

I was on a cross country trip with my daughter and grandson in the car. On a Sunday afternoon we were coming up 25 North in Wyoming and stopped for lunch. When I parked I noticed that the inside line of tread on my daughter’s front driver side tire was worn so bad that the steel belts were showing. Of course it was on a Sunday. So we wrapped up the trip for the day and stopped for the night in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Firestone opened up at 7 so we decided that would be the first place we checked in the morning.
Sam got me in, what seemed like before the lights came on, had my tires in stock and his crew went right to work.
They even offered Firestone credit to minimize the initial expense. 6 months interest free. That was amazing during an expensive cross country trip.
They had me back on the road in just over an hour. And my family was safe to finish the trip. I cannot express my thanks enough.
Very well done. Highly recommend.
