They tried to give a low interest rate and had to be convinced to increase it to the baseline. In addition, the manager is extremely rude.

I banked here for 25 years with many loans and client referrals. Sadly, the quality of service declined in every way from banking to mortgages. Most recently, I spent 2weeks trying to get my 1098 with 15-20 attempts and it is still not correct. Plus it's holding up my partners from filing taxes. It's not even possible to call as the phone numbers on the email don't work. Lack of communication, difficulty calling anyone, incorrect address on tax documents, lost my new address... I'm switching all my accounts

Trying to work with one of the mortgage lending associates caused me nothing but concerns, confusion, and downright frustration. i called up today on 12.30 pm to first interstate bank ,because they are charging me overdraft fee without noticing me,clerk in first interstate bank she is so rude and mean ,she hung up on me while i was talking.
i requested her to let me talk to her manager ,she denied and say that they are short handed today.
this is not appropriate behaviour to customer.
i always deposit my check in first interstate bank on every 2nd friday,after 3 pm ,
when i remove money on saturday or sunday it always show me negative balance,when i inquire about it ,clerk always say they are gonna refund me back bcoz its computer mistake ,but i never saw penny till now,
every week same story ,but this time clerk was so rude ,i wish bank manager should listen to her some time or if they have call recording ,bank manager should play some time to see how his staff treat people.
i have my account more then 1 year i never found this kind of misbehaviuor to me.
its just ripped of common man.
i deposit my check on friday evening ,its not my fault that their system wont show up,
then why i should suffer $60.00 for every month overdraft fee,+ cleark misbehaviuor .
