Trying to work with one of the mortgage lending associates caused me nothing but concerns, confusion, and downright frustration. There was ever-changing information without adequate explanation, flat out ignoring and leaving me hanging whenever I had time sensitive questions. There was an insane lack of communication from the lending associate- and the offered mortgage amount from our initial visit dropped after I jumped through a ton of hoops, got rid of debts and raised my credit score- without any explanation to me as to why, despite my inquiry as such. I was very excited to make a commitment for my family’s future through First Interstate, especially as I’ve had excellent rapport with tellers, managers, etc throughout the bank when dealing with them for my business. However, my experience as we’ve moved along , and as I’ve jumped through every hoop I’ve been told was necessary to reach a certain goal that did not turn out to be attainable for some unknown reason, has sadly been very disappointing. ~Brittiny Morrison
