“Beautiful with all the charm of our historic Western life. The train just across the street also added to it charm. Restaurant was elegant and first class food. Thanks for keeping this beautiful Inn a working tourist destination.
Noteworthy details: Love the rooms named after western guests and the notebook in our room detailing their life.”
“Stayed here on my way to Yellowstone NP. Great price for a clean, quiet room. Lots of good eats close by, plus some larger big box stores for the stuff you might have forgotten. Daddy's Pit Stop up the road to fuel up after check out and you're back on the highway. I'll be passing this one on to friends.”

“Nice historical building they have information about the hotel in each of the rooms. Rooms were clean and super nice! We went down to the shops just on the northern side of town and had lots of fun! Cheap rooms, nice breakfast options.Rooms: didn’t feel like a hotel room felt like a cute guest room.Nearby activities: lots of shop just up town!”
“Staff was welcoming and accommodating. I wasn't expecting much from the room, but when we opened the door, we were very pleasantly surprised. Very neat and clean and homey. I hope to stay there again ”
“Bathroom fixtures need repair. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning units are a bit loud. Exercise equipment needs better instructions and upkeep.
Walkability: You have grocery stores, the airport, gas station, fast food and restaurants within walking distance.”
“We stayed one night in this hotel; our room was spotless and quiet; it included a large screen tv, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of outlets. The beds were comfortable with fresh linens and the bathroom had plenty of towels. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, oatmeal, juices, waffles, and more. A room nearby included a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, vending machine and ice machine. The breakfast room and front desk staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor pool but noticed children who did.

“This hotel is run very well. The rooms are comfortable very clean. The location is great you are walking distance of downtown and parks. The free breakfast food is better than other hotels with similiar setups. The property is well kept!”

“Staff are wonderful and friendly. Food selection was wonderful, hot, and kept restocked well.
Rooms, and facilities were a little run-down and in disrepair compared to our usual experience at other Hampton Inns. They were clean and tidy, though, so overall it's been a good visit. Hampton has just set the bar a little higher than most others.”
“The sign boasted a hot tub but it was closed! Otherwise, the room was comfy and clean. Beds were good. Excellent "free breakfast" included eggs, sausage and fries potatoes. It was a quiet place until an alarm clock went off nearby at 7:30 AM that rang for about 3 minutes.”

The Alamo Motel is older, but our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was a great value for the price.”
“The owners was very polite and respectful and pet friendly. We sat outside with them the next morning and let our dogs meet and play with their dogs.
Nearby activities: Near downtown Sheridan. Lots to do.
Safety: There is fenced in lot around f the entire property.
Walkability: There is a dog park right out side of the back gate.

“We stayed in room 201. The room appeared to be clean. The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was extremely nice. I believe it was the manager came out of her office a few different times and was not friendly or polite. The first morning they ran out of breakfast food at 0830. The other two mornings were stocked. We would stay here again just because of the view.”

“When traveling, you hope to find a motel that is clean and comfortable with a good shower. The Ramada Plaza in Sheridan, Wyoming, was all of that and so much more. Reception staff were so very friendly and efficient. They took time to answer any questions we had and made us feel so welcome. Cathy, with her crew, commandeered a most delicious breakfast. The presentation was elegant. It was so enjoyable to eat in a beautifully designed dining area. Housekeeping staff should be commended. Very hard job. We stayed at this motel heading east on our trip, then also stayed again on our way back to Idaho. Highly recommend. Very affordable. Special thank you to Shinyoung for her help.”

“Right off the highway so easy off and back on. Nice parking area. Lobby well lit and welcoming. Gentleman at front desk was attentive and helpful. Welcomed us in and offered suggestions for dinner. I asked about laundry and he put us nearby to make things easier for me. Laundry area super clean and everything worked. Big folding area. Our room was more spacious than I expected with an updated bathroom area. Very clean and very quiet. A good value and a nice place to stay”
