“Jon Oman and Brad have been absolutely great to work with! This is our 2nd time using a local insurance agent, and I have learned just how much everyone needs these 2. They went to bat for me when things went South on my car "drama." An already stressful situation, and they did the leg work to help guide me and speak to the people who needed to be spoken to in order to solve things. We have now had to put in 3 claims, not at fault, and it was soooo quick and easy of a process. Once we got stuck up on the mountain with our broken truck, no cell service, all we had to do was climb a mountain and call Brad. He took care of the rest for tow service and communicated the details with them on our behalf. Didn't have to worry about a tow bill as it was part of our policy. It's SO worth it to have people who will be your voice and get to the right departments for you! No waiting on hold and speaking to someone in a different country. I never felt like I needed to follow up with Brad, such a refreshing service. Brad always called me and updated me no matter the time frame. I also learned that Brad is very organized and good at keeping notes in our file. We have been so happy with them that we are nervous Corporate will drop us since we have a 3rd claim, from the hail. This is part of the insurance biz though, and not at all the local agents fault. Jons people actually educated us and warned us of this possibility so we could make an informed decision. It all speaks integrity!”
