they claim their roof is leak proof and nothing can get in. our two storage units have extensive water damage. do not use them and if you do make sure you have renters insurance. or if you have units there... I'd go take a look to make sure your belongings weren't ruined

They have charged my account two months after clearing the storage unit. Was told they would return the payments to my account and haven't received payment. Been trying to call but no answer and voicemail is full.
