“Been using ridley's more and more lately. Today they were working on filling shelves, the aisles are already narrow so it was kinda hard getting through. The guy on the ladder kept apologizing and asking if I needed any help. When I went outside an employee came up and said, mam, I'll take your cart. I told him with the way the pickup was parked next to me I probably couldn't get out. He stood behind me and guided me out of the parking spot. Means alot that employees take the time to talk and help the customers. Good work Ridley's!”
“I have never experience the level of customer service at walmart that I have experienced here. I asked a csm where ear plugs were and he walked me to them. Then walked me back making small talk on the way. I appreciate the experience it was a stressful day.”

“Very nice, welcoming staff, always. Some pharmacies have staff that treat you like you are bothering them during rushed times. Never here. With my insurance I pay .39€ cents for one prescription and in Billings, Montana I would have to pay $36.00 for the same item. Gigantic, huge, tremendous price difference. This pharmacy is located in Historic downtown Main Street business district. You feel the History of it on the outside & inside.”
