Yesterday, 2/21 I walked in expecting to trade-in my Jeep as I needed something slightly bigger to accommodate 3 kids! Frank assisted me in sales whom completely met my expectations and beyond. I told him exactly my budget and what I was looking for. Sure enough that’s exactly what he did and hassle free! I am originally from Florida and dealerships have bad reputations. Here, they were sweet and walked me through all options! They fit in to my budget and was also able to do warranty with the help of Kyle and Brittany!Thank you all so much for helping me with this purchase! You are all so wonderful and huge THANK YOU to the man, Frank!!

Nice folks and lots of inventory at this dealership! They allowed me to use their EV charger si very grateful. The lady on the phone was very kind and she followed through all the way to confirm my questions with her manager

Sold me a Corvette with a messed up differential had to pull over half way across the state and park the car in some random city and had them refund my money and pick up the car. They did reimburse cost related to travel , that's why I gave them an extra star. But that was after many many calls back and forth where they finally agreed. They should had made it right without hesitation knowing they were wrong but sales guy and manager treated me like another number. They should check the car completely knowing the customer has to drive the car back home to another state.

I am in Sheridan to spend some time with my parents and had car trouble on the way here. I called Sheridan Motors and they opened a time for me to bring my car in when their schedule was packed. They were amazing and kind. I would love to buy a car there

Terrible experience here. A few weeks ago I was traveling out of state from the east coast in my 2022 Ram Cummins 2500 ($90000 dollars) when I developed a minor warranty issue. I realized my truck was going to go over my warranty mileage before I could make it to my home dealer.I stopped in to their service department and explained my situation, asking if they could document my issue/mileage so it could be addressed later if they did not have time to repair it. I was told “no way”, by who I assumed to be the service manager. (No name tag, bald guy about 45) It was too much work for him to do that. That I could make a service appointment for the earliest date they had, which was 3 weeks out. After trying to reason with them I was told it was “not their problem”.Funny thing is the shop was dead quiet, nothing going on.Next dealership I stopped at, was fantastic. “Oh no problem Mr. McLoud!” “So sorry your new truck has an issue!”“We see that you are a repeat Chrysler customer and have owned several of our more expensive vehicles. “. That service manager had the situation documented in less than 5 min and I was on my way.I have already made this situation known to several of my good friends in the Sheridan area, which of course are all regular buyers of large expensive work trucks.When you buy a new truck like this, you spend the money for reliability and a warranty, for peace of mind when you are thousands of miles from home.The attitude and actions of this individual, at Sheridan Motors, I found to be extremely unprofessional and deserving of a serious adjustment. He added a substantial amount of stress and anger to an already stressful trip. All because he was too “busy” to help a traveler that supports a brand his dealership sells.For this, if I could give a zero star rating I would.

I’m from Wisconsin and I was traveling through Sheridan as I noticed my vehicle a 2022 dodge ram needed service, oil change, tires rotating and whatever else was needed at 15,000 miles. The service department was great and very helpful to me his staff at the dealership Even text me and let me know if I needed anything else. Call them back at the dealership my truck was taken in and serviced right away, the dealership is very clean and very kind people.

I charged my car at the ChargePoint charger here. Charger worked great, the employees moved a large pickup truck that was parked next to the charger, which was very considerate, and they let me use the washroom. Overall great experience. And my dog found a bunny in the parking lot, so that was cool too. Then I ate chips and salsa around back in the shade while my car charged, and nobody hassled me. Again, points for being chill. Thanks Jeep guys!

Superb serviceNice new facility. The service manager Derrick got me right in on a phone call. Very informative. They took care of my Def Particulate Filter Warranty item Regen in less than 3 hours I was back home! All I got from the other dealership was a service Mgr who put me off out 10 days or more. The GMC Mechanic was super nice and informative about my Duramax truck. I know where I will go next time. Thanks guys.

I've always had my 2017 Ram 6.7 serviced by Sheridan Motors and they've always had friendly service, but this time they went above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful for the guys at Sheridan Motors! I work here in the summer and down south in the winter so when my check engine light came on a month before needing to head south I was worried I would not make my deadline out of here. It was an issue that meant I shouldn't drive so I left my Ram at the dealership to hopefully be able to be fit in before the end of the month. All my research about this check engine code meant not good things and the tech even thought he'd have to tear completely into my transmission to diagnose the problem, but he kept poking around and found that it was a simple pressure valve that they had in stock! They were able to fix my pickup and get it back to me way before my deadline to head south! Also they have Rotella T6 in stock right now so I scheduled an appointment to get that changed tomorrow. Thank you Kelly for all of your help. Such a relief knowing a dealership you can trust when you need them. Oh! I almost forgot! My truck was clean when I picked it up too! It definitely didn't sparkle when I dropped it off. Thanks again guys!
