I asked a salesperson for help, because I was unsure of paint colors for my office /plant room. She came over and explained the difference between the paints and pointed in the right direction. This enabled me to pick out paint scheme, and I purchased samples.

There was one lady working today who ended up with 3 customers at the same time. She was professional, explained she was by herself and she would help us as quickly as she could. She never missed a beat and was friendly, helpful, and professional!
