I have never experience the level of customer service at walmart that I have experienced here. I asked a csm where ear plugs were and he walked me to them. Then walked me back making small talk on the way. I appreciate the experience it was a stressful day.

I’m extremely disappointed in their pick up service. I placed a pick up order the night before for the next day. It was delayed three hours before I got my pick up order. On top of that 15 of my items had to be substituted.what is happening Walmart?

It's an excellent Walmart supercenter as it has just about everything in it and also outside during the summer. It's got a lot of Summer items. Having been in other Walmarts around the country over the years and recently in my travels. This one is really clean and neat and in good order. There's nothing thrown on the floor or anything of that nature & they do an excellent job in keeping the place near & organized. The establishment should be very proud of themselves. I have nothing negative to say about the place whatsoever and I can say they do an excellent job.

This review is specifically for Ross, the associate who assisted us with our kayak purchase on June 9th. He went above and beyond, not only getting the kayaks out to the car, but helping us strap them on the roof rack and making sure everything was safe. He was kind and helpful and we are very grateful for him!
