They 2 guys working at this place were so rude. The didnt speak the looked at there phones the whole time. I mean they didnt say one word to us. We had to go back and get our chance we said thank you nothing. They made you feel like you were a burden. The dont have time for customer. Rude rude rude.

We pulled in Shoshoni on a Sunday with a bad alternator. Alll the repairs shops were closed. Their staff especially Jimmy was so helpful diagnosing the problem and he personally and called a local mechanic to come help us out on a Sunday. 2 hours later we had a new alternator. Their staff was so friendly and so amazing to go out of their way to help us.

I stopped at this gas station after a very long, very stressful, “when it rains it pours” type of day, and I had many more hours of driving ahead. After filling up the tank, I went inside to get a much needed road snack and drink, then I walked outside to find I had a flat tire. One of the workers that was outside on her break asked me if I was alright, and directed me to an air pump on the premises.
I drove over to the pump, and was approached by a kind gentleman who also worked at the station. He filled up my tire for me, then inspected the tire, and we found it was already deflating again. He said he’d patch it for me, but after I told him I had more driving to do, he decided he would just put on the spare tire for me. After such a rough day, this was the type of kindness that nearly brought me to tears. I asked if I could pay for his help, but this amazing gentleman refused, told me to leave a review online, and wished me a good day and safe travels.
I stopped back inside the store to cheer myself up further with an adorable keychain (attached photo), and again the wonderful lady who directed me to the air pump asked if I was okay, and made sure the gentleman outside took care of me. I am so grateful for these amazing, kind, and thoughtful folks at the Shoshoni Fast Lane. Thank you!

A very nice, updated gas station that offers roomy pumps, a diesel island, hot and cold deli, tons of snacks, a gift shop, light bright facility, clean restrooms, etc.
Conveniently located at the crossroads in Shoshoni.
