After being a loyal customer for almost 15 years I feel like I need to find a new place to take my large dogs. The technician I have had the last several times is afraid of large dogs and insists on muzzling my dogs to trim nails and express glands. My dogs do not handle being muzzled and react poorly to that. I ended up getting charged for “difficult pets” which only happens with this technician. And the glands were never expressed as she couldn’t seem to do it. So I end up paying more for incomplete service and have very upset pets afterwards. It may be a fine vet for horses or small animals but my experience with large dogs seems to be getting worse.

Dr. Lisa is the very best! Our 14 week old pug wasn’t feeling good in the slightest and after 30 minutes with the doc her energy was back and she kept food down after many rounds of vomiting. So beyond thankful for her and her heart of GOLD!

We love this place, they offer genuine care at affordable prices for my little fur babies. The staff is so friendly and always ready to help, I feel so lucky to be able to have a safe place I can board my little muppets if needed. I have great respect for all the staff at Bridger. They are compassionate and kind even though they are always busy. The front desk staff, techs, and vets are full of information they are more than happy to share. In a difficult situation, the staff assured my family we were making the best decision. I've never felt like I was being upsold or recommended ridiculous treatment plans/medicines.

Doctor and staff went above and beyond to treat Agnes. A week later and Agnes is nearly at 100 percent after nearly dying from aspersion pneumonia. 100 percent satisfied.
