Had a wonderful experience getting a passport for my LDS missionary son. And it arrived in less than 3 weeks!

I made an appointment, showed up for the appointment, and the lady said i don't have time and to go to different post office. No one else was waiting in line just me and the employee. What does it take to get a government employee to do something?

The tracking says it's at the post office. I have a slip saying it's at the post office. The company's website says it's there. But when I go to pick it up. They tell me it's not there. They've done this to me not once, not twice, not three times. But four different times they have told me they couldn't find it. Making me return four separate times to get my package. Particularly annoying in the winter and they are twenty minutes away. Unacceptable...and don't get me started on the personnels attitude . The bar has been set so low in the Valley. I don't even care about that anymore.

This post office needs to upgrade its staff and office hours. This valley has grown to a point that there should be two people at least working the front counter and keeping it open until 5 o'clock M-F. To have a post office closed at 4 o'clock in this day and age is ridiculous, especially with the amount of people that flock to this area during the summer.

This post office is small, totally functional, and just right for a small town. The people who work there seem professional and nice, and not overly chatty, which is good when there is a line of people waiting. The only frustrating thing is the hours. Just make sure to check the hours before you head over. They have a lunch break, not at the normal lunch hour, where the service desk is closed.

My experience was fine until now. I ordered a package from Amazon which stated that it was going to be delivered to my house by the usps closest to me, being this one. When I called them, an older lady answered and was giving me nothing but attitude. I was just trying to figure out why my package wasn't delivered to my house and seeing if it was left there. She was explaining another package that was left for me that I already knew about that wasn't even related to this one. I kept asking what could've happened or where it could've been transferred to and she was acting like a total snob (giving me every snarky remark with every opportunity she had) and just trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible along with cutting me off every time I tried explaining my issue, not being much help at all. If I had an option to transfer a post office I would. That experience was absolutely terrible. I've never been treated like that from someone who essentially works for ME and everyone else in this town. I'll definitely be filing a complaint.
