“HORRIBLE spot! Not clean, can hear everything in other rooms AND they charged for extra nights and were soooo rude when I called to ask for it to be fixed! So many other spots in town do yourself a favor and find another place! 5 stars so they don’t delete this reviewREPLY to your response:I’m sorry that you feel my asking for my money back for not staying was bullying. I do think it’s important that you portray the facts accurately though, I certainly did not cancel the stay last minute, we told you on Tuesday morning that we would not be staying Wednesday or Thursday night( due to bad weather on our drive home)you charged us for Wednesday night which I was ok with and 3 weeks later added another charge for an additional night. I would also like to point out that you were the individual that told us not to worry about canceling it online and that you would take care of it, which of course was frustrating when you later denied it over the phone. If you had said no refund was possible to us in person that would have been totally fine, we just thought we would ask. Sorry this turned so negative- it wasn’t so much about the 60 something dollars, just the honesty of the matter and how you handled it when I reached out.”

“Great Hotel. Very Clean and Nice. Loved the Breakfast. Super nice employees. Thermopolis is a wonderful small community. The Star Plunge Swimming Pool is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.”
