Being from out of town, you worry about having your car serviced by a random car dealership. HOWEVER Transwest EXCEEDED my expectations and at a fair price. We had a bolt in our tire that happened on our drive down from South Dakota. These guys were able to get me in, fix my tire, washed my car for me AND checked my oil. All for the price of the plug in my tire. I appreciate the amazing service and for allowing us to enjoy the rest of our vacation with peace of mind.

Vehicle did not have an inspection done when we were told it did. Asked multiple times about a concern and were reassured it was fine. The service team is unprofessional at best, they pride themselves on yelling at customers and telling them they’re stupid. Finance couldn’t spell my name right and sent the papers to the lending bank WRONG and I was told it’s my problem now.

Worst dealership possible. Sold us a vehicle that supposedly had a 150 point inspection done yet it leaks coolant and I've had to fill it twice within the first week of having the vehicle. Was supposed to of had an oil change done also before we bought it yet the oil is black. The salesman openly admitted the oil change was skipped over, but the shop foreman swears it was done. Swears there's no coolant leak and when I asked where the coolant is going then 'I don't know' was his only response. The whole experience has been a nightmare and they obviously don't stand behind their vehicles. Would not recommend in any regard.
