Mail service up where the hospital isn’t that bad when I moved down past the railroad tracks near the firehall I can’t tell when I’ll get a delivery was suppose to get a delivery but it said my driveway or front door was blocked off and couldn’t deliver when it’s clearly walkable and I also had a mailbox it wasn’t a big delivery item that made me really pissed off and a kicker they attempted it at 8pm when the delivery started at 7:30am that made me pissed that he was late and I didn’t even get my mail cause he was most likely lazy and didn’t want to take my package to my door

The Torrington post office staff are really nice. However, if it is something other than sending mail they never help. They always tell me to look online.

Torrington wyoming post office needs to higher people who can read. I have lived at my address for 5 year, it clearly states whoes mail we should be getting. They mail man either puts mail that dont even belong to my address (wrong address altogether), people that have never lived here or the guy that lives in the house behind me..... a trained monkey can do better. I have gone in multiple times and told them the names of the people that live in my home. On top of all this I dont get mail. I have not received a paper copy of my city bill in the mail for months, and every time I complain I stop getting mail all together.

Manilla envelope was mailed to me on Jan 21. It appeared in my mailbox Mar 21 after I complained. I've personally dealt with 18 misdelivered items - they put several different addresses in my mailbox. DO BETTER.

They won't deliver packages about twice a month. They say they ran out of room on the truck (small-med boxes). They won't try to redeliver even if they bring a different package the next day; they leave it at the post office until you pick it up. 2 different addresses, 2 different routes, so it's not the postman. Go with UPS or Fedex. If I wanted to pick up my mail, I'd have a P.O Box.

These clowns at Torrington post office should get there act together. I seem to have problems all the time with mail not showing up for weeks later & when you inquire at the desk they don't know what's going on. Informed delivery emails should not come daily but monthly. When you have a document with sensitive information not knowing where it's at is bad

The postmaster was very knowledgeable regarding why my bill was returned to me twice and offered to speak to the billing department about why my payment was late. It was all due to a computer issue during sorting.

Most of the negative reviews here are against the US Postal Service rather than the Torrington Post Office. I've found the Torrington staff to be friendly, considerate, and helpful. I appreciate their service every visit, and my home carrier is fantastic! She brings the mail right to the door when the weather isn't great.

Mimi who I just talked to at the Post Office couldn't handle the issue that I was looking for but was rude about it and just hung up after I talked to her and didn't even say bye or anything. Wow nice customer service

Outrageous Postal 'Service.' Over the past, I've had Packages delivered late, delivered to others, or not delivered at all.Worse yet, my Family just moved. I remain at the same Residence. They have Vacated our Property's LEGAL Postal Box TWICE and refuse to open it up again. They began by Forwarding ALL Mail to the NEW ADDRESS, even when there was no Instructions to do so. (Address Cards were filled out for the Three that Moved.) After several fights wherein we were told that this was occurring because of the similarity of mine and my Father's names (my name is Identical, but with a JR.) they replied there was nothing they could do, as all Mail in the State of Wyoming bearing the name of my Father HAD to be delivered to one box...the NEW Box at the New Address. (A little heavy on the Sarcasm there; they actually said that ALL Mail bearing my Father's name, even with a JR. that came through the Torrington Post Office HAD to be sent to that Address.)Now they openly Taunt us through our Change of Address Labels. Mail with the Old Address Forwarded to the New Address bear a Change of Address Label in MY Name...NO MATTER who the piece of Mail was Originally Addressed to! >:(They have also mailed multiple items to our Address with a Sundry list of Names that NONE in our Family bear. We have started marking them "WRONG ADDRESS," or "This Person Does NOT Live Here" and they STILL continue sending them back to us...even if the Address does NOT match the one of EITHER of our Residences! >:((Will Edit this Reviews of actual Mail sent back to us despite our Writings on the Envelopes--a Practice which ONLY Started AFTER taking the Mail back to the Post Office Multiple Times and Explaining the Situation did NOTHING to Solv the Issue, I might add.)

I have had my post office box for many years and it's not free!!! I must say I'm not getting the service that's expected and that's putting it nicely. Some things you do online will not allow you to use your po box # CC Companies for one and many other places won't ship to the po box and evrytime the employees at our local post office send my mail back to the sender I've filled out multiple forwarding address forms so there is no reason for this inconvenience and incompetence I'm beyond discussed!!! Do your fricking job!!!!

The Torrington staff are helpful, courteous, kind, and patient--especially considering the rudeness that a lot of people think they are entitled to publicly display and get away with. So glad the USPS hasn't closed our little office. Our community would be lost without their services. Thank you!

With our weather extremes, the carriers have a very tough job, but they always deliver. The clerks are friendly and helpful. A very good post office!

Package was shipped on Monday and now it's Saturday and says it's delivery will be late. I am waiting on the package that is less than 200 miles away from me and it takes over a week to deliver??? Something is definitely wrong with the USPS. Tracking number shows it never left Rapid City USPS distribution center where it is shipping from.
