Manager needs to improve attitude towards customers

Helped us out with a Uhaul when our truck broke down. Great service very accommodating even went the “extra mile” so to speak calling Uhaul to get us a better rate. Would 10/10 recommend this place.

Hard time getting anyone to actually help with a car. There was a note on the window that said they were out but to call Robert if needed. Called Robert and he really didn't know the details on the 1 car out of the 5 they had.
