The place isn't clean at all. Looks like the staff doesn't care and is lazy. One coffee maker isn't working, the other is dirty and has an empty container which limits the assortment of coffee.

Wamsutter Loves is one of the worst stores in the company. Insufficient parking, took 15 hours to replace a trailer tire because they had one tech and kept going on road calls. The shower was not cleaned. There was a hair ball on the floor and everything was wet from the sink down. I don't ask for much, but a clean show is one. Avoid this location if possible.

It is terrible, the love's are losing quality, in this love there are no showers available because they say there is no water, the showers have been out of service for many days , toda supervisor name's walt ,I think that this is a lack of respect for the clients and especially for the professional drivers who depend so much on this service, it would be good to know which government institution has to do directly with this matter, but some measure must be taken with the mistreatment of some love's towards their clients, at least I think so

Good place for a quick stop, some gas and snacks. It’s quite busy but overall very good and easy access from the road. I recommend!

I cant believe this is a Loves. We drove specifically to get to a Loves because of what their truck stops offer and cleanliness. Not this one. Should have checked these reviews first. Parking lot small and in terrible condition with pot holes. No dog area. No picnic tables to eat outside. Garbage cans overflowing. Inside, garbage on floor, bathrooms small and very dirty. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks as the toilet bowl had stains and sticky floors and garbage on floor. So disappointing for a Loves!!!!

Chester's chicken open at 11am. They also have subway inside .laundry and showers are available 24 hours a day. ⛽️ diesel a little over 4 bucks

We called a service truck to assist us with a tire change last week, was told there was a 30 ETA. After 1 1/2 hrs, called and the manager said she sent her guys to lunch, then are having them unload a semi of tires so it will be maybe 2 hours. The manager is unprofessional and then insisted for a payment when no one showed up and no service was provided. She insisted on paying over $500 for nothing. She blew the whole thing out of proportion and demanded criminal charges. Just beware, if you break down in this area, they will fully take advantage of you financially and could care less about customers. Wyoming Highway Patrol agreed btw that since no service was provided, seems that they should have dealt with this differently. Their employee even apologized for her being over the top unprofessional.

If I could leave zero stars I most certainly would. Because they didn't have staff to clean the showers, they shut them down and blamed corporate. Customer service was absolutely horrible. No one in the store had clue as to what was going on. The parking lot was very nasty! Now let's talk about the Subway on sight. While taking the customers order in front of me, the guy behind the counter says to his co worker, loud enough for me to hear and in front of the customers face "well, at least you speak English"! Wth... This Love's is worse than the one in west Memphis, TN.

Dumpsters overflowing, garbage blowing around in the parking lot. Cigarette butts piled by the trucker door. Entry way full of products and filthy with dried mud. The rug in the entry way caked with it. Ladies bathroom looked like someone mopped it with muddy water. Listening to employees whine and complain was such a treat. The entire experience took me back to the 1990's when Loves was the biggest joke on the road. Oh, and the parking lot had holes in it that a VW bug could plug.what happened Love's???

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This is the nastiest Loves truck stop I have ever been to. They need to clean up the outside. Full of trash everywhere. I feel like I need a shower just walking outside of this place.

Excellent job at the shop today changing trailer tire and a couple marker lights. Shop personnel friendly and easy to work with. RIP to the owner of the Loves chain who just passed away 2 days ago, prays to the family.

I really wish I could rate this loves without giving it a star. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the parking lot, it has to be the worst of all the loves as far a staffing. Everyone of them from the staff working at subway and Chester's to the cashier up front, all have really bad attitudes. No one greets you or return your greetings at all. Frankly Everyone of them act as if you being there is an inconveniences to them. As an over the road truck driver I've stopped here several times, not because I wanted to mind you but because I simply had no choice due to having to take my 30 minutes break. I know for sure it's not just me because I've spoken to several other drivers each time after leaving out the store and from witnessing how they enter act with other customers in the store. It makes a person feel so unwelcome. On that note I'll be sure to plan my breaks to avoid this particular loves. It's sad because I actually like loves over the other truck stops.

I-80 has been shut down since yesterday afternoon. We stopped in here. Its been a wonderful place. Clean, nice employees that are constantly cleaning and stocking.Its 11 am now and the doors are locked. We don't know if the power is out, or the employees need a break, or the employees went home and next shift couldn't make it, or what... no signs anywhere letting people know. There are maybe a dozen cars here, but quite a few diesels. The roads will be closed a few more hours so we are going to walk to the other station down the road and see if its open so we can pee and grab something to drink and eat!Great place to stop but if the roads are closing it may be a better idea to make it in to Rawlins if possible.
