“Recently while traveling with our 5th wheel RV, ours truck broke down. We were towed to Bob Ruwart Motors on a Saturday afternoon.
First thing Monday morning I walked in to the service department and talked to Sam (Samantha), one of the service advisors. Talk about awesome customer service! Not only did she have a tech look at our truck within about 30 minutes, she got the parts on order and expedited.
The service manager also got involved and towed our 5th wheel next door to the RV park, literally next door!
Even Mr, Ruwart took time out of his busy day to speak with me for about 10 minutes.
What initially looked like a 2.5 week delay in our travel plans, turned out to be 10 days.
I would highly recommend Bob Ruwart Motors for your service work and for your next vehicle purchase!”
