I am very thankful we have an er. However, the hospital itself needs so much improvement. I was a patient there in November. I was there with pneumonia. As a patient I was never offered a shower nor was my bed changed. The food was disgusting. Where was the administor?? The nurses enjoyed visiting at their stations. Whose job is it to crack the whip?? I had a letter written. I decided perhaps I needed to wait until I had a better grip on my temper. Come.on banner Health. Have some trainings and build some morals.and pride. There is no excuse for discusting food. A small kitchen with enough help could surely do better.Sincerely,Frankie Morris

Needed stitches. Excellent staff, from check-in folks to the nurses and the ER Doc, professional and effective. Next time I need a cut sewn up, I'm headed to these guys.

Dr. Christian was amazing he was very caring and wanted to make sure he dotted all the "I" and crossed all the "T" before allowing me to leave ER. Still no answers of the scare as a traveler but nice to have a caring Dr. First set of nurses amazing but shift change happened while I was there and 2nd group not as caring. Overall great experience

I walked into the ER for them to look at my legs for rash. Blood test taken and were returned in short order. Doctor prescribed steroids to mitigate rash. After Day 2 of 6 day treatment rash greatly improved. ER staff and doctor very professional and friendly. Not that I'd want to get sick again but now I know where I'd go. Follow up call by hospital day after visit.

Great experience as a traveler experiencing scary symptoms. I was treated promptly, courteously, and thoroughly through the emergency department. I could not have expected such a good experience with my desperate google search on Rte 25 for the closest hospital.
