“The owner is very friendly but still professional about his business. And when I say friendly its not to be confused with s***** cus he is very smart and 1 thing that had ensured his success is the fact he is willing to do what he has to, to keep his business going but he keeps it within his legal rights. So with all of that being said the units are in great condition and also fair prices even for those of us who don't make a lot of money. But if you are looking for a storage unit and not wanting to pay for it look somewhere else. The owner works harder than most anyone you will ever meet so he deserves honest people who will pay for their unit. I mean I haven't had a problem getting mine paid on time so far but I'm sure if I was ever in a situation where it would b late or something he would be fairs long as you contacted him and explained the situation”
