“Exemplary, extraordinary, good OLD FASHIONED customer service by PAULA.She is remarkable and has the best interest of the customer in mind.....she should run for mayor of Wilson.Long story short: Due to my addressing mistake, 2 large parcels were slated to be returned across the country.She listened intently to the problem, took all pertinent details, assured me she would do everything she could to help.At this point the boxes were loaded, re-routed and long gone......but, NOT if PAULA could help it.She stayed after postal closing hours and emphatically searched the outgoing trucks, going above and beyond to find the parcels so they could be held for local pick up. And, YES, without fanfare or making a big deal of it PAULA came through, found the missing parcels, called me reporting all was well. Saving me, and the recipients, from an enormous inconvenience and lost time. THANK YOU PAULA.”
