“It's Jackson, it's hard to find enough staff to even keep the lights on. They do the best they can, but sometimes there's a bit of a wait. If you can prep your label online, it really speeds things up. It's a good FedEx office, with a bunch of really cool people running the place. Just understand that there might be a wait if there's a line.”
