Do NOT order from this company! They sent us the wrong size shirts over a month late. When we contacted them to return they said it was outside of the 30 day return window-it was because they sent it so late! They do not answer phone calls-voicemail is full- or emails. They should really be put out of business. We will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS-they don’t deserve it.

They make some really cool merch. However, I ordered a hoodie a week and half ago. A shipping label was created a week ago today and still hasn’t even shipped out. I have emailed them twice, and called multiple times with no response. I am pissed, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying their merch because their customer service is GARBAGE.

Had to return a shirt since I ordered the wrong size and now they are trying to give me store credit instead of a real refund. Very shady.The quality of the shirt itself was very suspect too, not sure how well it would have held up. There were loose strings all over and the graphic quality was poor

Ordered sweatshirt on December 11th. Today is January 19th and I still haven’t received any shipping info from TGR. Sent 4 emails now asking for an update or refund, but received nothing more than auto responses offering 20% off next order which I won’t be placing due to this experience, and prior to this I was returning customer. Cool designs and gear if you can get it delivered, but service has really been lacking. Disappointed because I really like their stuff, but not worth the hassle.

Ordered one sweater that I liked and received it within 3 weeks, still took longer but it arrived eventually. Ordered another as a gift, has now been over a month and we haven’t received package, or even an update on packing and shipping. Sent four emails now asking for update but no word from company except generic email offering me a discount from my next order. Neat gear and designs but NOT worth the hassle. Sweater was ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and it’s January 13th now, still no update

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered the Grateful Dead goggles which looked very cool. First issue is that they came with two lenses but both were the same (not as advertised). They were also advertised as large enough for glasses and there is no way. I emailed customer service twice over a two week period to see if a larger size was available and to get the promised other color lenses. No response! I would have kept if they would have responded and at least exchanged to lenses. It left me no choice but to return which still cost me the shipping. Great idea but poor execution with NO customer service.

Ordered a $140 fleece on 12/16 and finally cancelled my order after over 3 weeks of waiting since it had not shipped. With the amount of money they are asking for their products you would expect much quicker shipping. Recommend to others that they take their money elsewhere.

Two weeks, not a word. Spent over $200. Done with them. Will be filing a BBB complaint if the issue is not resolved by the end of the day.Update: 1/3/23: Not a word from the company. Have sent 3 emails, left several voicemails. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Great place to get some clothing, like the Gratefil dead collection. Also you can see some of the amazing videos they have of people snowboarding and skiiing in the mountain.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my sister in law a week ago, and still has not shipped. With Christmas coming up this is stressful. I tried calling teton, used their customer service line #10 and no one picked up. I was going to leave a voicemail and the box was full. I have to say, I'll absolutely never buy a single thing from this company again, and wont be going to any more movie premiers. I'm kinda glad their customer exp is complete trash because the stuff is a bit overpriced and happy to have a reason to no longer patronize.

Received a Teton Gravity Research flannel shirt with thick plastic tag wrapped around 2 buttons. When the tag pulled it pulled buttons off. Reached out to customer service explaining what occurred & tags where defectively wrapped around button threads severing them. They were rude & accusatory. I will never purchase from these guys again!

Tommy went out of his way to get me the size of shirt for me, even offered his own. Super kind! Thank you for the awesome new t-shirt!! Everyone is always really kind at this store.
