An absolutely amazing and responsive vetinarinary clinic. My wife and I had just pulled into Worland Sunday afternoon, we are here upland bird hunting with two French Brittany Spanials, and my female Brittany suddenly had severe abdominal pain 30 minutes after eating. She had rapid breathing, drooling, and was clearly in intense pain. I was panicked and thought she might have a twisted stomach and terrified I could not get her into a vet on a late Sunday afternoon. Remarkably, I called Cloud Peak Vetinarinary Services, left a message on their after hours emergency line and the on-call vet, Dr. Bob, called me back minutes later. To make a long story short, I was in the vet office 20 minutes later and got my Brittany the treatment needed to resolve the situation. Worland is truly blessed to have such an outstanding vetinarinary practice.

I cannot say enough good things about the Cloud Peak team. I'm an out-of-towner who was rock climbing in Tensleep this week when my dog suddenly started having seizures Saturday morning. I called three vets without luck since it was the weekend, before the Rock Ranch folks recommended I call Cloud Peak. Despite it being a Saturday, they met me at the clinic and took care of my boy for several hours until he was stable enough to head back home that night. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to help out someone who isn't even part of their community on a holiday weekend (and at a cost that was far less than our city vet would have charged, tbh). Highly recommend!

Dr. Mandy, Dr. Dan, and the team at Cloud Peak Vet are some of the most amazing, caring, and compassionate people! They have taken care of my animals for years big and small, and every time I have suffered the loss of a fur baby over the years, they have not only held my hand through my tears, but their entire team has reached out afterwards! They take the time to make sure your pet is comfortable and well taken care of, and explain what is going on. Thank you Dr. Mandy and Dr. Dan for all the great care you have provided over the years!

First off, I cannot comment on the standard of medical care given at this facility. I have never had a patient seen or tended to by Dr. Miller.My review is based on the lack of compassion and care given to a client who lost their pet. My mother's cat went missing yesterday morning. She checked in with her neighbors and scoured her neighborhood, no luck.Today, she made rounds of phone calls to various places; Humane society, Tharp's veterinary, and finally Cloud Peak. She was told a cat matching her's description was brought in yesterday afternoon in rough shape, the cat died shortly after . There is no blame on the clinic. This is just how it is. What I do blame the clinic for is their complete lack of empathy thereafter. The body was placed in a bag and taken out to the landfill RIGHT AWAY. Regardless of who's animal this was, the clinic did not afford even 24 hours for someone to try and find their lost pet, or claim their body.You threw away an animal that [realistically] was someones pet. You've robbed them of closure. I would highly recommend you reevaluate this process in the future. As a fellow veterinary professional (LVT for 10 years) I feel like, you, "veterinary professionals", should know more than anyone how attached clients are to their pets. How they are family. How they are friends. People need this closure and you tossed away someones pets like a piece of trash. Shame on you. 24 hours would have made no difference to you, but it would have made a world of difference to someone else.

They loose people's pets. Maybe they should keep found pets for 3 days like they say instead of releasing them on the same day found.

my OUTSIDE cat was picked up and posted online and when we went to pick him up the next day they claimed to have released him back into the area he was picked up from but he has yet to come home! where's my cat?!

Cloud Peak was wonderful enough to let me shadow them for a couple of days during my winter break. They really love their work and are good at it. Each member of the team clearly cares for every animal that comes through their doors. They are fantastic and I recommend you pay them a visit!
