801 North 10th Street, WorlandI would give them 100 plus stars if i could. They are wonderful! I have been taking my animals to them since I moved here 3 years ago. We had an emergency last week with my son's cat last week after he slipped out the back door. When he returned home he was in bad shape. I called the after hours on a Friday night and Mandy got right back to me and met us at the office. Goose ended up having a broken jaw and he had to with them for a week. Mandy got him all fixed up and they took excellent care of him. Can't say enough about how GREAT everyone there is. Thank you all so much!!!

I live in Utah and was bird hunting with my dogs near Worland Wyoming in 2022. It was a Sunday afternoon/evening when one of my dogs was bitten by a rattlesnake.I was an hour or more drive away from his home/clinic. I called Dr Tharp as soon as I got into cell service. He could tell that I was panicking. I was so afraid that I was going to have to shoot my dog before I could make it to his clinic. The first patient he took care of was me. He told me not to worry and that my dog was going to be fine. He said come on over and I will be ready for you when you arrive. He should have billed me for the treatment that he gave me lol. It was Sunday evening/night when I arrived at his clinic. He took one look at my dog and said that it had to be a “dry” bite by the snake. Which means the snake didn’t release any venom with the bite. The bite was located right by my dogs heart. He took my dog in and ran several tests. He gave him some meds and sent me with additional medication. . We were there for an hour or more on Sunday night.
He gave me the bill. The bill total was $105. I thought it was a typo. I asked him if this is the correct number, he said it was. First of all my own vet who I have paid somewhere close to 100,000 dollars in over the 30 years of going to his clinic wouldn’t have even taken my call on a Sunday afternoon/evening let alone charge me $100 dollars. I would have had to pay at the very least 1,000 dollars for the same treatment where I live in Utah. Despite me almost going into shock for the 2nd time that day, I handed him my credit card. He looked at it and said he doesn’t have a credit card processing machine. I almost went into shock for the 3rd time. I told him that my checkbook was in Utah and that I’m not sure if I have $105 in cash. Dr Tharp then told me not to worry about the bill, he said that don’t have to pay him anything. Yup, you guessed it, I went into shock for the 4th time that day. I went out to my truck and luckily I was able to come up with $105 in cash. Then he proceeded to give me even more free meds for my dogs on the hunting trip. He then asked me if I was seeing many birds. I said we are seeing some, but we were walking miles between points. He then gave me his brothers name and phone number. He told me to call him and he would know where the birds are.
Thank you Dr Tharp!!! You are an incredible man. You are the best amongst us. All the best to you and your family…you deserve it.
