Many clearly don’t understand that this facility has day trucks that are leaving between 4 am and 7:30 am, and combination company drivers returning in between same time frame, It’s like an ant bed during those hours, If you pull up to the gate before 7:30 am, You’re only making the wait longer for yourself.

I’ve seen a lot of different reviews on this place and some were not good. honestly, I cannot complain.. I checked in at 6:30 in the morning for an 830 appointment. I was unloaded by 8 AM.. everyone was very nice. paperwork was put in the back of the trailer when they were done with me.. easy and easy out

Call the number on the gate, have your appointment # handy. They will let you in. Drive down and turn around. Break your seal and put it and your bills into the trailer. Back into an open door near big dumpster. Your light will turn red then green when they are done with you. Your signed bills will be in the trailer.
