“I wanted to give a shoutout to our store in Alabaster. On several different occasions I have stopped there and asked questions about different issues or had them put the machine on to check my vehicle. The people who work there are always so kind and always willing to help even if I may not be purchasing something.Today I stopped there because I had an oil leak and I was worried about it. A very kind young African American man came out and checked my oil and even got down and looked underneath to find where it was leaking. I wish I had asked his name because he was so kind and helpful and he gave me peace of mind that it was safe to drive to my car to my mechanic. It is so rare these days to get excellent customer service so if you need auto parts, drop by O’Reilly.”
