“Very fast work turn around time we dropped off on a Monday for our health-care company and didn't know the issue of our liftgate not working and air not blowing in the bus they called me within 4 hrs of having the bus and notified me of the bus issues and the repair cost and asked to continue and fix the issues after verification of parts and labor cost and had the bus ready for p u the next business day and can't ask for better sales and service from a business.”

“I had to get a bumper cover (surprisingly, it's actually called a "bumper cover", and not "bumper") replaced as part of an insurance claim. After searching online, reading reviews, and calling several body shops, I chose Med Center Collision. Michael, the estimator, gave me a reasonable quote with an OEM part. The next week, Med Center Collision had the part and called me to set a day to drop off the car. Like many body shops, Med Center Collision took care of the insurance paperwork. When I picked up the car, the car was washed and waxed, and so the car looked great. The new part has a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Also, there's an Enterprise car rental place a mile away that will pick you up and drop you off as well.I found Michael to be a decent down-to-earth person. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a body shop, regardless of whether or not the work is under an insurance claim. The car doesn't even have to be a Mazda either.Service: Body & Trim”

I got a call every Tuesday and Thursday to update me on progress. The entire time my car was with them, we had insane weather (from 9 degrees and snow to 4 inches of rain with temps in the 60s within a matter of days) and they STILL got my car back to me before the anticipated date. The person who hit me's auto insurance wanted me to use certain repair shops prior hand, I was unfamiliar with this business.Overall was extremely stress-free experience dealing with Gerber's. That's the first time I have ever had a body shop stay in such close communication with me while they were working on an auto of mine and I was both surprised & pleased with their policy. The other walmart shop over in hoover took an hour to find someone who even knew how to ring up a warranty replacement, and then realized they didnt have the right tire anyway. These folks, on the other hand, had me in and out with the job done right in that same amount of time and the warranty honored. Don't bother with Hoover, just come here instead.”
